Does my data really stay on my computer?

Yes. Your documents, files, and conversations are processed and stored entirely on your own machine. The only exception is web search: when you choose to use it, only the text you search for is sent to the search engine — never your files or chat history.

Do I need to be online to use it?

Only for the initial setup (to download the AI model) and for the optional web search feature. Everything else — chatting and asking questions about your documents — works completely offline.

Do I need to install anything technical myself?

No. LexoraX bundles everything it needs into a single installer. There's no terminal, no separate downloads, and no configuration — it sets itself up on first launch based on your hardware.

Will it run on my computer?

LexoraX runs on Windows 10 and 11. On first launch it checks your available memory and graphics, then picks an AI model that will run well on your specific machine. More powerful hardware gives faster, more capable results.
